No hidden fees. No surprise charges the week of your event. No fun little asterisks. Just everything, laid out plain — and if something's unclear, ask us. We'd rather over-explain than let you wonder.

  • ALCOHOL

    Delaware law keeps us on "dry hire" status — so you supply the alcohol, and we bring the skill. Think of it as BYOB with a professional crew behind the bar.

  • BARTENDERS

    Two certified bartenders handle up to 100 guests — no lines, no lulls. Bigger guest list? We add a bartender for every 50 guests after that, so the pours never slow down. Additional bartender: $75 per hour


  • GENERATORS

    Our trailer runs on 50-amp power. No hookup on-site? No problem —Generator rental available: $250, and the bar never misses a beat.

  • BOOKING FEES

    A 50% non-refundable deposit locks in your date. Once it's yours, every other inquiry gets a no. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to your event date.

  • POP-UP BAR RENTAL

    A 10x10 white tent and a dark-stained wood bar built to fit two bartenders — instant bar, anywhere you need it. $500.

  • MILEAGE

    First 35 miles from our home base, on us. Beyond that, a small fee gets added to your quote, and it's waived entirely for Delaware events over $3,500. No surprises, no fine print.

  • COCKTAIL WAITERS or WAITRESSES

    More guests, more sips, more us.
    Add up to 4 cocktail waitresses to keep the drinks moving and the vibe going — $50/hr each.

  • COTTON CANDY MACHINE

    Because "the open bar" isn't the only crowd-pleaser. Fresh spun cotton candy, on demand — for the six-year-olds and the thirty-year-olds who still ask for extra. $250

  • SLUSHIE MACHINE

    Frozen, fruity, and dangerously easy to keep going back for. A crowd favorite at backyard birthday parties and grown-up cocktail hours alike. $250

  • COCKTAIL WALL

    A backdrop as good as the drinks. Choose your level of wow:
