How Far Do You Travel?
We're licensed and pouring across Delaware, with Maryland and Pennsylvania licensing on the way. Wherever the party is, we're happy to make the trip.
Alcohol & Licensing?As a dry hire service, you supply the alcohol, and we bring the talent. Not sure what to buy? We'll hand you a shopping list built around your guest count.
Are Your Bartenders Licensed & Insured?Absolutely. Every bartender we send is properly trained, and we carry liability insurance, so you can relax and enjoy the party too.
Do you offer custom drink menu's?Always. Signature cocktails, custom mocktails- whatever fits your vibe- we'll build a menu made just for your event.
Do I need to purchase the alcohol?Yep, per Delaware law, we operate as a dry hire: you supply the alcohol, and we bring the skills to make it shine. Not sure what to grab? We'll send over a shopping list based on your guest count, so you're not guessing
Will you offer a refund if it rains?Once your date is booked, it's yours —every other inquiry for that day gets turned away, which is why we can't offer weather refunds. What we can do: if rain's in the forecast, we'll bring a tent to keep the bar (and your bartenders) dry. Need to postpone entirely? We'll work with you to find a new date that fits our availability.
Can your bar be set up inside or outside?Both! Rain or shine (mostly shine), we can set up indoors or out, weather permitting.
How much set-up time do you need?We like to arrive 1-2 hours early to get everything set, styled, and ready before your first guest walks in.
How far in advance should I book?Our calendar fills up fast, especially around wedding season. If you've got a date in mind, don't sit on it — reaching out 3 to 6 months ahead gives you the best shot at locking it in.
Do you require a deposit?Yes, a non-refundable deposit locks in your date and guarantees we're all yours.
What happens if my guest count changes?Just give us a heads-up as soon as you can, and we'll adjust staffing and recommendations to match.
