Terms of Service

Effective Date: July 2026

Welcome to High Spirits Mobile Mixology ("High Spirits," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and your booking of our mobile bartending and event services. By booking with us or using this website, you agree to the terms below.

1. Our Services

High Spirits Mobile Mixology provides mobile bartending, cocktail and mocktail service, and related event add-ons (bar rentals, cocktail walls, additional staffing, etc.) for private and corporate events. Specific services, guest counts, hours, and pricing for your event are outlined in your individual booking confirmation.

2. Booking, Deposits & Payment

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. Once your date is booked, we turn away every other inquiry for that date — which is why the deposit is non-refundable.

  • The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event date.

  • Additional charges — extra bartenders, mileage outside our standard radius, add-ons like a cocktail wall or extra staffing — will be outlined in your quote and are due prior to your event.

  • Accepted payment methods and any applicable processing fees will be confirmed at the time of booking.

3. Alcohol Service Policy ("Dry Hire")

High Spirits Mobile Mixology operates on a dry hire basis. Here's what that means:

  • You supply the alcohol. We supply the skill. The Client is responsible for purchasing and providing all alcoholic beverages served at the event. High Spirits provides professional bartending labor and mixology expertise only.

  • 21+ only. Only guests age 21 or older may be served alcoholic beverages. As the Client, you're responsible for ensuring that alcohol is made available only to guests of legal drinking age.

  • We're not a bar — but we still act like professionals. Because we don't sell or supply alcohol directly, we're not bound by the same regulations as a licensed bar or liquor retailer. That said, we take responsible service seriously. Our bartenders reserve the right to ask for identification from any guest they have reason to believe may be underage, and to refuse alcohol service to any guest — regardless of who supplied the alcohol — if there's a concern about age or visible intoxication.

  • Right of refusal. High Spirits Mobile Mixology reserves the right to refuse service to any guest, at any time, for any reason related to safety or legal compliance, without liability to High Spirits Mobile Mixology.

  • The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless High Spirits Mobile Mixology, its owners, and staff from claims, damages, or liability arising from the service or consumption of alcohol at the event, except where caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of High Spirits staff.

4. Client Responsibilities

To keep your event running smoothly, the Client agrees to:

  • Provide an accurate guest count and event details in advance.

  • Supply all alcohol to be served.

  • Ensure the venue provides safe, reasonable access for setup, including required power access (see Section 5).

  • Obtain any permits, licenses, or venue approvals required for the event.

  • Ensure minors present at the event are supervised and are only served non-alcoholic beverages.

5. Equipment & Power Requirements

Our mobile bar trailer requires 50-amp electrical service. If 50-amp service isn't available on-site, a generator can be rented for an additional fee. Inadequate power access on the day of the event may delay or limit service.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellation by the Client.

  • Cancellations made at least 30 days before the event will not owe any remaining balance. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event remain responsible for the full remaining balance.

  • We'll make reasonable efforts to reschedule in the event of cancellation due to severe weather, illness, or other circumstances beyond either party's control.

  • In the rare event that High Spirits must cancel (due to illness, emergency, etc.), we'll make every effort to secure a qualified substitute bartender or refund payments for services not rendered.

7. Property, Damage & Conduct

  • The Client is responsible for any damage caused by their guests to High Spirits equipment, the venue, or third-party property during the event.

  • High Spirits Mobile Mixology is not responsible for pre-existing damage or conditions at the event venue.

  • Our staff reserves the right to end service early, without refund, if guest conduct threatens the safety of our staff, guests, or property.

8. Limitation of Liability

High Spirits Mobile Mixology maintains general liability insurance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, High Spirits Mobile Mixology's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total amount paid by the Client for those services. High Spirits Mobile Mixology is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Photography & Media

We may photograph or video portions of your event (bar setup, drinks, general atmosphere) for use in our portfolio, website, and social media. We use reasonable discretion around identifiable guests. If you'd prefer we not use any images from your event, just let us know in writing before your event date.

10. Website Use

This website and its content belong to High Spirits Mobile Mixology and may not be copied or reproduced without permission. We aim for accuracy, but pricing and availability shown on the site may change — current pricing is confirmed at the time of booking.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
